Bipasha Basu has refused to do an item number in Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi-starrer Zilla Ghaziabad. Dutt had approached Bipasha for an item number to be shot with Sanjay, Vivek and Bipasha, but then Bipasha refused, and the industry insiders say that the reason is Vivek. Apparently Bipasha and Vivek are not on talking terms. The two were seen in the superhit item number Bidi Jalailein Omkaraabout three years back. Dutt and Bips share great vibes, and both got still more friendly when they did Lamhaa together.
