The couple will apparently file divorce papers in the LA County Superior Court early next week. Heidi will cite 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split, the celebrity news website says.

Heidi, a Victoria's Secret Angel, actor, TV host and entrepreneur, married Soul and R&B singer Seal on May 10, 2005. They have three biological children, Henry, Johan and Lou.

Seal adopted Heidi's eldest girl, Leni, from a prior relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. Just last month Heidi had posted a picture with Seal on Twitter.

" Sun and Snow and @Seal," she posted. Daily Mail reports this was the last time they were seen together.

Just like Depp, Heidi appeared solo at last Sunday's Golden Globe Awards, while Seal was spotted at the LA International Airport yesterday. Reports of their split come as a surprise to many as the couple has always presented the picture of a happy and loving family.

Heidi and Seal are known to renew their wedding vows every year in lavish ceremonies, usually dressed in outlandish costumes. Last year they renewed their vows in Florida with Heidi dressed in a Victorian-style mask, while Seal wore a pirate head-dress and navy blue vest.
