"When I was in Patna recently, a group of farmers came to meet me. Dagru (who I know) was among them.

" "I must tell you that these guys are smart. They have the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) which assures the farmers a lump sum loan without any guarantee or security.

I knew Dagru had used the KCC privilege but I also knew that he had no land," he added. When Jha realised he was giving away the story of Satyagraha , which reportedly stars Akshay Kumar , he quickly covered up.

"It could be Satyagraha or any other film. We are victims and perpetrators of corruption.
