We hear that Genelia D'Souza has been extremely busy since the last two weeks arranging for a magnificent birthday bash she's throwing for her soon-to-be-hubby, especially since it'll be Riteish's last birthday as a bachelor. Genelia, we hear, wants to leave no stone unturned for this one.

However, we learn that there may be more than meets the eye, and the birthday party that will be held at a five-star hotel tomorrow will also be an engagement ceremony for the handsome couple. "They intend to announce their wedding plans, and even exchange rings!" says a friend close to the couple.

Talk about bringing together the birthday balloons and the engagement bubbly..
