Kareena Kapoor spooked by tales of a ghost in the hotel
After the male cast of All The Best played a 'ghostly' prank on Bipasha Basu during the film's shoot, the cast of Golmaal 3 decided to repeat the same scare on Kareena Kapoor while shooting at a hotel." Koi hai.
..
They planned the whole prank in advance. When Bebo was on the set one day, Ajay and Rohit casually began discussing how a woman was killed in the hotel.
They said how they'd read all about it on the net. They even told her that the lady's spirit roams around in a white saree late night and visits all the villas, suites and rooms at the hotel.
" To spook her further, they added that it is a very angry spirit that roamed the hotel and it even killed a guest staying at the hotel. The actress who is staying in a suite was naturally scared and kept shouting at them to stop discussing this ghastly details, but they mercilessly continued.
" As Kareena is the only girl on the set, she is often the target for such pranks. Won't cower Bebo laughs, "Ajay keeps trying to scare me with stories of a ghost in our hotel.
Of course I get scared with such horror stories and keep yelling at them to stop but they don't! This hotel is like a khandar with no other habitation outside it and hardly any guests and it gets a bit scary at times. But I refuse to cower in fright and give them the pleasure of pulling off their pranks!" My prank league Kareena has brought her "IPL team" (as she calls them) with her to Goa.
They include director Lovely Singh, her yoga trainer, stylist Radhika and her hair and make-up lady as well as her spot boy

Saif quits Vishal’s film
The grapevine now has it that the actor demanded some changes in Bhardwaj's script, which did not go down well with the director. On knowing this, Saif recently walked out of the film.
Earlier, when Shahid turned down the role, he told Vishal that he would prefer it if they worked together on Kaminey 2 instead. A source says, "During that time, Shahid also got a good offer to host a TV dance reality show, Dancing With Superstar .
However, he did not accept that either." Dreams is a story, which is narrated in a dream.
Added the source, "Though the plot resembles a bit with the recent Hollywood blockbuster Inception, Bhardwaj was ready with the script of Dreams much before Inception released." When Saif asked for changes, Bhardwaj put his foot down.
Adds the source, "Bhardwaj is a director who sticks to his script and vision. Often, many actors are apprehensive and nervous before signing up for a character in Bhardwaj's films.
Both Saif and Shahid took a long time to say 'yes' to Bhardwaj for Omkara as well as Kaminey. This time too, the role is very challenging but fruitful.
" All said and done, Saif's exit from Dreams is rather shocking, especially because both he and Bhardwaj were reportedly again warming up with one another. Says the source, "Saif was miffed with Bhardwaj for casting Shahid, who happens to be Kareena Kapoor's ex-boyfriend, for Kaminey.
Moreover, after Saif's Langda Tyaagi character was lauded in Omkara, the actor was hoping Bhardwaj would cast him in his next." When asked if he is indeed not doing Vishal's film for Ekta Kapoor, Saif said, "Yes I am not doing the film as of now.
" When asked if it was the script of the film that put him off, the actor chose not to reply. Bhardwaj remained unavailable for comment.
As of now, Dreams stars Deepika Padukone. Another heroine will soon be finalised.
Whether Bhardwaj will offer the hero's role to Shahid again or not, is the million-dollar question
(less)Milind Soman first to lose 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 3'
However, he willingly backed out when he had to go underwater in Rio de Janeiro's Teresopolis Farm to unlock weights hung under a sheet of fire. Even though the stunt may not have been too tough, it was the chilling six degrees temperature of water that held Milind back - and caused his elimination.
"I should have tried more especially because it was a swimming stunt. I could have done it easily," he lamented after he lost.
Apart from Milind, funnyman Cyrus Broacha and former supermodel and actor Rahul Dev too had underperformed. However, they gave up much later than Milind, who withdrew from the stunt within less than three minutes.
The third season of Fear Factor -Khatron Ke Khiladi went on air on Monday with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra as the new host. The 28-year-old actress sports a grungy look in the show, and seems to be trying a bit too hard to throw attitude to match up to action hero Akshay Kumar, who had hosted the past two seasons of the deadly show.
But her softness came through the tension for the safety of the 13 contestants on the show. But if sources are to be believed, she is supposed to be quite a whip-wielding dictator in Rio de Janeiro where all the stunts are being shot.
The ongoing season was earlier supposed to have cricketers as contestants but now it boasts of hot male celebrities like Dino Morea, Rahul Bose, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Karan Singh Grover, filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor, car racer Armaan Ebrahem and squash champion Ritwik Bhattacharya, apart from actor Manjot Singh, Cyrus and Rahul Dev. Each male celebrity is teamed up with one non celebrity female contestant
(less)Scorcese spends $50 million on TV drama's first episode
The show, which will premieres on HBO in September, will mark a long-awaited return to the small-screen for the renowned director. According to reports, the producers have spared no costs to get the details right.
For the show, a 300ft boardwalk was created in an empty car park in Brooklyn, New York, complete with bars, restaurants and a salt taffy shop. But spending such a huge amount of money making the series has already paid off for HBO, as it has already become their best-selling series internationally and the rights have been licensed to 160 countries
(less)Hera Pheri 3 can't afford Akshay
Now Abhishek plays Akshay Kumar's role. Nana Patekar has stepped into Paresh Rawal's role, And Sanjay Dutt plays Suniel Shetty's part.
This, according to Nadiadwala, would remain the lineup of actors for the Hera Pheri films to come. The parting with Akshay over Hera Pheri has left Feroz distressed.
"I first started discussing the third Hera Pheri movie with Akshay in 2006. I never wanted to make it without him.
It's sad that we couldn't come to an agreement. Akshay is like a brother.
But I can't afford him.I hope we work together again very soon.
Feroz is delighted with the script that Anees Bazmi has come up with the new Hera Pheri film."It's going going to be one of the funniest comedies in living memory," promises Feroz

She chose to dance to the song Aaja we maahi tera rasta udik diya from the film Heena, moving away from more recent Bollywood numbers played during weddings. "It's time to revive the magic of this fabulous Heena, number.
While the rest of the world is busy with the Bole Chudiyas and Mahi Ve, I thought why not revisit a beautiful track from the past?" said Shweta. The show has Iqbal Khan and Bini Sharma in lead roles while Additi Gupta plays Iqbal's former fiancee in the show, who dumps him due to his aggressive behaviour and is getting married to someone else
(less)Milind gets a wild card re-entry in KKK3
The 44-year-old gave up sooner than anyone on the show when asked to do an underwater stunt in Rio de Janeiro's Teresopolis Farm. A national level swimmer, many were touting him as the likely winner.
After performing poorly, Milind claimed that it was the chilling six degree temperature underwater that caused his early elimination and expressed his lament at the loss. But the actor has a reason to smile now, as he will be back soon on the show to face danger with an improved attitude
(less)Era of villains is over, says Ashutosh Rana
"Cinema is a reflection of society, and as society changes so does our creativity. Earlier there would be a good guy and a bad guy.
Our villain would be a dacoit, a lender, and our hero would be a police officer, a teacher. "Then things changed, rich people and smugglers became villains and police and other people became heroes," Rana said in an interview.
Larger-than-life images of yesteryears' villains who went on rampaging the life of a hero, raping his sister and molesting his girlfriend were a regular feature of almost all the films. But times have changed and the 45-year-old actor says that the bad guy in movies these days has shades of grey and even the hero has ceased to be all-good.
"Now a common man is a hero, he is half good and half bad. And the villain now is also not an out-and-out bad guy.
He is a hero for his friends and villain for his enemy; the portrayal is very subjective," he said. Rana further said that over the years the concept of a hero has also changed, who is no longer simply a honest good man.
"The concept of hero has changed. If you ask me where is that villain, I ask you where is that hero," he said.
Even as Rana argues that the bad guys are not all that bad in films, he is all set to play a evil villain on the small screen this time. The actor, who started his career with Swabhimaan , will be playing Keshav Thakral, a powerful businessman who makes the life of an upcoming badminton player hellish in newly launched show Kali - Ek Agnipariksha on Star Plus.
"Power of money, knowledge, family and muscle power is all that a man can have, and if a person has all of them he stops competing with others and thinks his competition is with the God. This the character of (Keshav) Thakral.
This character is the king of evil," said Rana. The actor will also be seen brandishing a moustache in the serial.
The show apparently draws inspiration from the Ruchika Malhotra case, which the producers of the serial, however, denied

Adds the source, "All the rooms share a common corridor, where the stars meet every evening after pack-up every night. Chairs and tables are set up there.
The actors go to the gym, freshen up and enjoy a few drinks in the corridor to unwind. Most nights, it's Ajay, Rohit, Tusshar Kapoor, Mithun and Kareena who sit down over dinner.

(less)Kareena will play a tomboy in Golmaal 3
He wanted her to be part of the gang of boys comprising Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade. Kareena Kapoor will be playing a tomboy character for the first time on Golmaal 3, being directed by Rohit Shetty.
It is learnt that the director was writing the story, he decided to give Kareena's typically glamorous image a break in the film and offer her an unusual part. He didn't want her to do the glam doll act once again.
He wanted her to be part of the gang of boys comprising Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade. The source reveals, "Kareena will sport casual wear in the film.
No designer dresses, shoes and bags for her. She will play a badass who spouts abusive tapori language and rides around on a bike.
She will be seen doing dadagiri like boys in gangs." Bebo admits, "My look in Golmaal 3 is non-glamorous.
It's young and grunge and keeping the weather and look of Goa in mind. I play a tomboy but with a feminine touch.
Though I will be using tapori language it won't be too abusive or vulgar. It will be in keeping with my persona.
" Shetty adds, "I wanted to give Kareena a new image in Golmaal 3. She's 'one of the boys' in the film, and will sport minimal make-up.
She is talking with Manish Malhotra and they will come up with the right look for her part. I have tried not to make her use too much foul language or abusive lingo.
Her whole look and hair will be undergoing a thorough change. Her character in the film is not that rich.
We are all looking forward to teaching Bebo some exciting language. She's already become one goonda now!" The source reveals, "Kareena will sport casual wear in the film.

(less)Gaga advised not to eat late to get rid of nightmares
com. "I would definitely say to stop eating too late at night because you're letting a negative force enter your body.
I have counselled many people on negative dreams it can mean that a negative spirit is trying to take over the person's body," said Kingston. "Knives or cutting devices in a dream can indicate an enemy.
I feel Lady Gaga has an enemy around her with the initial 'C', as well as a negative spirit around her. She may need to have a house-cleansing to rid her of this enemy or negative spirit, and, if she continues to have the dreams and encourage them, she may end up needing an exorcism.
Also, the notion of suicide in a dream is a sign of negativity and harm surrounding you," he added. Gaga admits that she is currently taking help of bestselling author and guru Deepak Chopra to figure out some of her dreams.
And she can only assume it's based on a secret society ritual she has read about or seen on TV

Which place will the Aamir aafat strike next? Find out...
We'll live with him trying his best not to touch us. But we're staying far away and observing our little man from a distance.
Here's why..
. Where this actor-director-producer goes, disaster follows.
If it were true all of the time, we'd stop travelling to locations he shoots at. Which, by the way, includes Mumbai and Delhi.
That would also mean us evacuating, moving out in anticipation and holing up in some remote town praying that the actor didn't feel like shooting anywhere near where we were. The reason we're bringing this up now and going all Nostradamus on you, is this: statistics show that the more remote the location Aamir shoots at, the greater and quicker the chances of a natural disaster and the film's a bigger hit.
So in stead of thanking him and sending him postcards inviting him over to your Peepli slice of heaven (or hell, depending on your perspective), you might want to pray he or his production team doesn't single you out for destruction. Think we're kidding? Read on.

Which is why they've invited him to come spend a couple of days with them and the Golmaal 3 gang in Goa. Chill out A source close to Devgn says, "Sanju is reaching Goa today.
He is not part of the film but is going to just hang with the team. Also in Goa is Munnabhai's pal Circuit -- Arshad Warsi besides Kareena Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Khemu.
The two buddies haven't caught up for a long time as Ajay was busy completing his films, and overseeing his other productions, while Sanju too has been tied up with his films and setting up his new production office. It is learnt that on this trip, they will also discuss dates of All The Best sequel.
Officially the invite has come from the producer of All The Best, Ajay Devgn. But unofficially it's just a time for the three buddies to bond and have fun.
Dutt is travelling with his business manager Dharam Oberoi as Manayata is busy. Ajay too is sans Kajol so it will just be the guys bonding.
The producer of Golmaal 3, Ashtavinayak, is making all the arrangement and Sanju will stay in the same villa that he was put up during his last stay."
(less)The stars come down to Goa!
In short, the sets has a standby artiste unit ready at all points. The news is that Rohit and Ajay got a novel idea when they saw the heavyweights visiting the sets.
“The director and his hero are seriously thinking of having all these actors (who are a craze in their own right) put in a one-shot appearance in the film. Normally one sees the crew in the end of the credit titles.
Rohit and Ajay were wondering whether they should perhaps request all their star guests to put in a joint appearance too. This is just a thought.
No one has been approached for it yet,” says a source. Incidentally, Ratna Pathak Shah is also in the film.
And, though chances are slim that Naseeruddin Shah will pay her a visit, the unit is excited at the prospect of seeing this Bollywood legend too amongst the visiting actors. Check out Saif Ali Khan’s homepage

Rohit Shetty's Golmaal 3 features a lot of his favourite stars??-- Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi,??Tusshar Kapoor and others??-- who he loves repeating in his films. But none more than a canine named Jerry; who was also part of Shetty's Sunday and All The Best.

What Ajay Devgn wants, he gets
For comfort's sake The actor was put up in that particular room through the shoots for the earlier Golmaals, his home production All The Best and continues taking up residence there, while his Golmaal 3 schedule is on. Says a source close to the actor, "Ajay feels comfort is essential for an artiste to perform well.
To him, the hotel rooms he stays in, while shooting in India or abroad, have to feel like home -- spacious, stylish and comfortable. While shooting in Hyderabad, he stays at a particular suite; when in Goa, he stays at the Presidential Suite at the Palolem beach hotel.
" Mera wala kamraa The source adds that AJ's staff books the suite months in advance and if an earlier booking has been made, it is changed discreetly to suit Ajay's staying specifications. "It has almost become the 'Ajay Devgn Suite'.
It is very close to the gym and swimming pool. It has two big rooms, a big hall and two seating areas, which includes a dining room.
He has also installed his own LCD screen in the room -- so he can watch TV with friends and family in comfort." "When Ajay's family comes to Goa, they stay in the suite.
It is the biggest suite in the hotel and AJ always insists on it. He even has the hotel chef coming to him to take his order.
Often, the chef whips up some exotic dish as per the actor's specifications." Won't leave In fact, Devgn is so fond of his suite that he refuses to leave it despite 'ghostly' rumours.
"Once Golmaal director Rohit Shetty and the unit tried to play a prank on the actor saying the suite was haunted and created an elaborate tale around it. He didn't fall for it and refused to leave the room.

They added that the ghost visited the hotel's suites (Kareena was staying in one) and even killed guests! Kareena was slightly scared apparently and told the guys to stop, but they wouldn't. The actress wasn't completely terrified or anything, she doesn't believe in ghosts.
But she is supposed to be a bit tired of the pranks. So will Bebo spook them to get back? We can totally see her wearing a white sari (and scary expressions) and roaming corridors.

(less)Justin Bieber prank-calls Akon
"He was like, 'Daddy, why don't you love me?' It really scared Akon!" said Scooter. The 16-year-old singer was later asked about his telephone tricks by a fan on Twitter and he admitted making prank calls to people is one of his favourite pastimes.
"R u Kidding of course I do!! I prank everyone!! No 1 is safe (sic)" he wrote. Although Bieber is constantly surrounded by his management, bodyguards and publicist, he admitted he sometimes feels overwhelmed by the devotion he is shown by his fans.
"It's definitely amazing to me that I have such amazing fans. But, like, at the same time, I mean.
I'm claustrophobic, really bad. I don't like to be closed in,"said Bieber

People are going to literally call out for ‘Help’ says Mugdha who is starring with Bobby Deol in a horror film by that name which releases today, Friday the 13th. “There have been many scary films though none of them managed to spook people out, but I’m confident that I will do what others couldn’t in Help,” says the actress who’s plays a possessed character in the film.
“Those who have seen Help have said that I’m not just a good-looking ghost, I scare people too,” adds Mugdha. She believes that ghosts do exist.
“I’ve not had any encounters with them yet, neither do I want to..
. I’m a big fattu, but I know that they are around.
During the film’s promotion, I was needed to go to spooky places but I chickened out..
. what if I really got possessed,” asks the actress.
Mugdha’s ghostly act is yet to be seen but her white bikini picture for the film did grab eyeballs. “I didn’t know that the bikini is still a novelty for people.
I didn’t bat an eyelid before wearing it. Thankfully, I have a readymade bikini body and don’t have to slog it out at the last moment to look perfect,” says Mugdha.
There were also rumours that she’s done a hot kissing scene with Bobby. “There are some nice romantic scenes between us but no kissing scene.
Bobby is a good friend and a fantastic actor. But then I make friends with all my co-stars,” says the friendly star
(less)Bebo Misses Cheryl Cole's Party
We know how devoted Kareena is as an actress. She was busy in Goa, shooting the climax scene for Rohit Shetty's third installment of the hit franchise Golmaal.
So, due to her prior commitment to work, she had to turn Cheryl's generous invitation. A close source reveals that Bebo was supposed to attend this party where Miss Cole was to perform for 30 minutes.
The party was organized by the high end jewellery brand 'de Grisogono' in the hotel Du Cap. The pretty Cheryl Cole was very eager to meet Bebo hence she invited her to the party.
A source close to Kareena Kapoor has confirmed that she was indeed invited by Cheryl Cole but she turned it down because the schedule for Golmaal 3 was fixed months before and she was shooting for the climax scene. Thus, she could not get out of it and attend the party.
Even Kareena confirms saying that she would have loved to attend the party and meet Cheryl because she loves her songs. She stays positive about meeting her next year when she will attend the international festival.
She will surely give Ash and Deepika a run for their money! Now we know how Bebo manages to stay on the top- because of her dedication!
(less)Kareena Kapoor is the new stunt girl of Bollywood
Recently, Bebo has performed a stunt herself in the entry scene of Golmaal 3. She had to stand on the bonnet of a car in motion for that particular sequence.
According to an eye witness on the sets, ?For this scene, Kareena was required to keep her expressions right while maintaining her balance on the bonnet of the car.? Kareena insisted on doing the stunt herself as long as the director, Rohit Shetty drove the car.
She was strapped with a harness and had a support but it was not that easy as the car was taking turns. It was a very difficult stunt indeed.
? On her stunt performance, Kareena said, ?The shooting experience was absolutely thrilling. Rohit explained to me in detail about my entry sequence, which was planned this way.
I am not worried when he is around. The shoot looks wonderful in the final take.
? Well, Kareena has managed to do her job wonderfully, without getting hurt. This act of the lady may inspire other leading ladies to perform their own stunts too.
We are waiting to see that wonderful entry of Kareena?s when the movie releases
(less)Mugdha likes being spooky!
Her fans too have been writing to her and saying that they keep seeing her face in their dreams and so have sleepless nights. And Mughda is loving it! "Yes, I have been getting a lot of calls from people saying that they are seeing the ghost in their dreams.
Well, if I am coming in people's dreams and spooking them out, then I think it's a compliment for me. After all, that is the whole purpose of a horror movie," she said
(less)Golmaal 3 cast played a ghostly prank on Kareena
After the male cast of All The Best played a 'ghostly' prank on Bipasha Basu during the film's shoot, the cast of Golmaal 3 decided to repeat the same scare on Kareena Kapoor while shooting at a hotel." Koi hai.
..
Rohit Shetty's boys are running out of ideas. After the male cast of All The Best played a 'ghostly' prank on Bipasha Basu during the film's shoot, the cast of Golmaal 3 decided to repeat the same scare on Kareena Kapoor while shooting at a hotel.
" They planned the whole prank in advance. When Bebo was on the set one day,?? Ajay and Rohit casually began discussing how a woman was killed in the hotel.
They said how they'd read all about it on the net. They even told her that the lady's spirit roams around in a white saree late night and visits all the villas, suites and rooms at the hotel.
"To spook her further, they added that it is a very angry spirit that roamed the hotel and it even killed a guest staying at the hotel. The actress who is staying in a suite was naturally scared and kept shouting at them to stop discussing this ghastly details, but they mercilessly continued.
" As Kareena is the only girl on the set, she is often the target for such pranks. Bebo laughs, "Ajay keeps trying to scare me with stories of a ghost in our hotel.
Of course I get scared with such horror stories and keep yelling at them to stop but they don't! This hotel is like a khandar with no other habitation outside it and hardly any guests and it gets a bit scary at times. But I refuse to cower in fright and give them the pleasure of pulling off their pranks!" Kareena has brought her "IPL team" (as she calls them) with her to Goa.
They include director Lovely Singh, her yoga trainer, stylist Radhika and her hair and make-up lady as well as her spot boy. "Tusshar is also a part of my IPL team in Goa.
I am not so scared as much as I am tired of their pranks. I am a very spiritual person and I don't believe in ghosts.
Nor have I ever seen a ghost in my life."But apart from the ghostly pranks, the actress is very happy to be working with the unit of Golmaal 3.
"In the evening, we hang out together -- Ajay, Tusshar and me -- have dinner and going to the gym together. We are one happy unit here.

(less)Saif takes care of my littlest of comforts: Kareena
Says a source close to his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor, "Bebo and Saif have been shooting for Agent Vinod in Tangiers and Marrakech for 20 days now. When they shot in Tangiers, Saif had hired beautiful villas (called riads) for everyone.
Each riad had its own private beach and terrace and was very close to the Atlas mountains and desert. Kareena loved the place as it had a very simple, grungy look.
" Then the unit shifted to Marrakech. "Saif had a schedule wrap up party after we packed up there.
Saif and his business partner Dinesh Vijan invited the entire crew to dance the night away at Theatro, a very expensive nightclub. One can also avail of personal DJs, it's that exclusive.
" Adds Kareena, who is in Mumbai for three days to attend a promotional event for one of the brands she endorses and to complete the title song of Golmaal 3, "Saif is the best producer I have worked with. He takes care of everything for me and sees to my littlest of comforts.
After the G3 song, I'm off to London to shoot RA.One with Shah Rukh.
Saif is there for a few days. We then resume shooting for Agent Vinod in Amsterdam and in Latvia.
" The source adds that the people in Morocco love Hindi movies. "They are obsessed with Bollywood films and know all the songs.
The children would crowd to the market to watch Saif and Bebo shooting there." Courtesy: Mid-Day.

(less)The bomb that panicked Celina
Mercifully, for Celina’s mother and the other passengers, it was a hoax call. Celina says, “I really panicked when I got an SMS from my mother saying that we have been deplaned as there is a bomb scare.
Thankfully, it turned out to be a hoax call. I was in a state of shock.
” The actress couldn’t stop panicking until she heard her mom’s voice assuring her that it was just a scare. She continues, “My mom messaged me saying that we were asked to leave the flight, which was standing on the runway.
As soon as she got off, she called to inform me about the prompt security measures. There were bomb squads, dog squads, fire brigades all around.
People were immediately taken away. It was nice to hear about the prompt security action.
” Although Celina was terrified, her mom was extremely brave. She says, “Being a fauji’s wife, she was calm and was asking me to relax.
” Celina has a history of narrow escapes. “I have closely witnessed all the past terror attacks - the 26/11 terrorist attack, where I had just left the Trident Hotel or the 7/11 bomb blast, where I was travelling outside Mahim station for a shoot.

(less)Ajay 'Grungy' Devgn
Ajay's styling has been done by Navin Shetty. "I wanted all the characters to have different looks in 'Golmaal 3'.
For Ajay, I wanted a character that looked different from everything he has done. He has been working hard on his body a lot, so we will have him flaunting his body (in the movie)," Shetty said.
"He plays a hyper character who loses his temper very quickly because of which everyone is scared of him. People never know what he will laugh at or get angry about," he added.
Shetty has also styled the other cast members of the movie like Kareena Kapoor's tomboy look, Tusshar Kapoor's 'tapori' look and Arshad Warsi's look which is yet to be disclosed. The tattoos for Ajay's new look have been designed by Hakim Aalim's studio.
"Vishwas from my salon designed the tattoo on Ajay's neck but the concept and choice was Ajay's. The tattoo is of a Celtic or tribal trishul (trident).
It is daring to have a tattoo on the neck, even if it's temporary. No actor in India has done it on the neck," said Aalim.
Also starring Kunal Khemu, 'Golmaal 3' follows 'Golmaal' (2006) and 'Golmaal Returns' (2008). Produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd, the comic caper is currently being shot in Goa
(less)Chunky is just a-joking!
The whole thing started right after the release when Chunky was returning from Qatar after a show and was at the Doha airport when the girl at the check-in counter told him that the flight to Mumbai had already left. Chunky was shocked to hear this as he had gone to the airport well in time.
The girl finally said ?I'm a-joking? and that's when Chunky realized that this was just a prank. Since then he gets these kind of pranks daily and is quite amused with the popularity of his character.
?I'm keeping my fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen to me after some big producer signs me for a blockbuster and then says that he was joking!? says Chunky about this prank
(less)Mugdha Godse in your dreams?
Mugdha, who has essayed the role of Pia, a possessed girl in the movie, has been hearing eerie and chilling stories from people. Apparently, her family members and cousins have been calling her up and telling her that they keep seeing her possessed character Pia's ghost in their dreams and get scared out of their wits.
Not only this, even her fans on a popular social networking site have been writing to her and saying that they keep seeing her face in their dreams and thereby have sleepless nights. On hearing these tales, Mugdha was bewildered and amused at the same time.
She quipped, ?Yes, I have been getting a lot of calls from people saying that they are seeing the ghost in their dreams. Well, if I am coming in people's dreams and spooking them out, then I think it's a compliment for me.
After all, that is the whole purpose of a horror movie.?

She was recently shooting for an upcoming horror film in Mauritius and decided to scare her director. She tells CS, "Rajeev Virani was staying in room No 1408 of our Mauritius hotel.
Every day I would tell him that his room was haunted. After a few days, Rajeev moved out of his room as he was feeling uneasy.
I couldn't help a laugh. But much to my dismay, he moved back to 1408 in a few days as he felt it was more spacious.

(less)Smitten by Smriti
After the interview, she called her up and told her that she was very upset with us because we had asked her controversial questions on her weight, career and had even suggested that it was time for her to retire. (Just for the record, we're never as audacious.
) The frantic publicist, promptly called us up to vent, when Smriti took the phone from us and burst out laughing. We couldn't believe that this was the same woman who is known for her temper:'? Well, I'm infamous for my temper (laughs), and people are quite scared of me.
I remember at an awards function a few days back, Ronit (Roy) and I were on stage and two young artists were supposed to apply colour on our cheeks. The girls ran to Ronit and before approaching me, they paused a bit.
So, my reputation precedes me. However, some stories have been hugely blown out of proportion, and I have done nothing to stop the rumours.
Even the crew of my ongoing show were very apprehensive at the start. Slowly they came to know that my bark is worse than my bite.
In fact I'm quite close to the onscreen characters that I've played. It's true that Tulsi was an idealist in the truest sense of the term, but I always tried to portray?? her as someone who was close to my actual personality.
Well, the character taught me a lot of patience. Though I would not forgive a two-timing husband as easily as she did (laughs).
On a serious note, Tulsi helped me widen my reach. She helped me win my audience's trust.
It might sound funny but even now when the show's off air, random women come up to me to give me hugs or blessings I come in contact with a lot of people, thanks to my work. That's what helps me build relations and progress.

I have always been someone who has grabbed opportunities. At times, my husband Zubin also asks me, Aur Kitna Aage Badhna Hai (laughs).
But I am focussed and not too concerned about superficial things. What I wear is immaterial.
I have never dressed to impress. And I think it's pointless to sweat out hours in the gym to get a great body, when I have better things to do.
And I don't want to be dictated by what people say or feel about me

(less)Mugdha's scary experience
Mugdha reveals that during her modelling days she had a scary experience - she heard a non-existent person talking on the mobile phone in her hotel room! "Once I actually experienced something very scary. I was modelling those days and I checked into a room with another girl in Frankfurt.
We were very tired so we switched off the lights and were in our beds by 10 p.m.
But till 2.30 at night I could hear the other girl talking on the phone.
"Finally I woke up and told her to stop talking because I couldn't sleep. But to my horror, she told me that she wanted to tell me the same thing and that her phone had been kept aside for charging," Mugdha told in an interview.
"We got really scared and tried to put on the lights but the lights were not coming on. Then we felt something eerie around.
We immediately called the hotel reception and asked for a room change. It's only when we reached the other room that we heaved a sigh of relief," she said.
But the 24-year-old is not one to get completely spooked. She still loves to watch horror films all alone.
"I like to psych myself out. Sometimes when I'm alone at home, I order horror film DVDS, put off the lights and then watch it.
I like doing that because it gives me a kick," the actress said. Mugdha, who has done films like "Fashion", "All The Best" and "Jail", is now all set to scare audiences in supernatural thriller "Help".
"It's a very interesting character. Also, I am a fan of horror films and I watch one horror film every week.
..
I have a big collection. So I thought if I am getting an opportunity to act in one, then why not?" "In the film, I play the wife of a filmmaker who makes horror movies.
One day they go to Mauritius and that's where unusual things start happening. The film is very international.
It will have audiences on the edge of their seat," she claimed. Directed by Rajeev Virani, "Help" also stars Bobby Deol.
After "Help", Mugdha will be seen in "Will You Marry Me?" that also features Rajeev Khandelwal, Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitley and Muzammil Ibrahim

(less)Ajay Devgn shows off tattoos, toned bod for Golmaal 3
The shooting of the film is already underway in Goa. Shetty says, "I wanted all the characters to have different looks in G3.
For Ajay (who plays Gopal again), I wanted a character that looked different from everything he has done. He has been working hard on his body a lot, so we will have him flaunting his body.
He plays a hyper character who loses his temper very quickly, because of which everyone is scared of him. People never know what he will laugh about or get angry about!" In the film, Ajay sports?? a crew cut, a tattoo and is sporting wearing diamond studs in his ears for the first time.
The temporary tattoo was designed by Aalim's studio. He says "Vishwas from my salon designed the tattoo on Ajay's neck but the concept and choice was Ajay's.
The tattoo is of a Celtic or tribal trishul..
It's a daring to have a tattoo on the neck, even if it's temporary. No actor in India has done it on the neck.
"Aalim continues, "We have given Ajay the buzz cut, a stubble and overall, a more macho, masculine and grungy look than he normally sports. We were waiting for all his film shoots to get over before we could give him this looks as otherwise it would have continuity problems.
He took a keen interest in the whole look and styling." Necking it Ajay Devgn has gone in for a completely edgy, raw look with tattoo, ear studs, cropped hair et al for Golmaal 3.
Director Rohit Shetty has also worked out distinct looks for other stars like Kareena Kapoor (tomboy), Tusshar Kapoor (tapori) and Arshad Warsi (yet to be revealed). The shooting of the film is already underway in Goa.

Her fans too have been writing to her and saying that they keep seeing her face in their dreams and so have sleepless nights. And Mughda is loving it! "Yes, I have been getting a lot of calls from people saying that they are seeing the ghost in their dreams.

(less)Nursing with love: Soha
But the truth is that Soha heard that her ‘good friend’ Kunal Khemu, who is also a part of the Golmaal-3 starcast, had met with an accident while doing a stunt scene. Rohit Shetty, the director of the film, confirms the news of the mishap.
Says he, “Kunal was on a water ski and he injured his leg really badly.’’ One of the unit members said that at one point, Kunal was in so much pain that they thought he had fractured his leg.
And that he would be rendered unfit for shooting for a few days. However, it turned out that his injury wasn’t that serious and he is now able to continue shooting with a sprain bandage on his upper leg, just above his knee.
Obviously, Soha heard of the accident and she immediately rushed to Goa to check how badly Kunal had injured himself. What’s more, after she landed there, she apparently decided to hang out in Goa for a few days making sure that Kunal didn’t take any risks with his injured leg and attempt any dangerous action scenes in his hurt state.
An insider says that it was indeed very sweet to see the way Soha cared for Kunal hanging around the sets, though the temperature on the Goa beach where the unit is stationed is a raging 38 degrees. Of course, the fact that Bebo is around makes things that much simpler.
“Soha gets along famously with most of the actors who are around,’’ says the source. “Seeing her sitting around with the cast actually makes it seem like she is part of the unit too.
’’ And is Kunal happy with this development? Those who have seen the actor in the last few days say he looks more than happy to Soha around. And he is absolutely basking in all the extra attention that he has been getting.

Of course, unlike in Ajay's case, additional safety precautions were taken for Bebo. She had a harness tied to her that prevented her from falling.
But it was still not easy as the car repeatedly took turns while Bebo stood on it. In the past few months, several heroines are opting to do their own stunts.
These include Priyanka Chopra in Don, Lara Dutta in Blue, Shruti Haasan in Luck, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Raavan, Deepika Padukone in Chandni Chowk to China and Lafange Parindey and Katrina Kaif in Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara. Kareena Kapoor seems to have taken inspiration from her co star Ajay Devgn.
The actress had to recently perform a stunt for her film Golmaal 3, but instead of using a body double, did it herself. The stunt involved Bebo having to stand on the bonnet of a moving car, in a manner similar to Ajay Devgn's two bike stunt in his debut film Phool Aur Kaante.
Bebo initially had her apprehensions, but then decided to perform the stunt, provided the film's director Rohit Shetty drive the car.

(less)Shaapit Movie Review - Taran Adarsh
SHAAPIT also makes a startling promise in its adverts - 'Warning: Extremely frightening'. Now that's quite a tall claim, isn't it? Scary movies made in Bollywood, generally, have two stories rolled into one film: The past, when the wrong was committed and the present, when the past comes to haunt the young couple.
Coincidentally, both RAAZ and 1920 followed this concept and so does SHAAPIT. Only this time, the story dates back to 300 + years and then comes back to the present day.
The unspoken and unwritten rule for horror films is simple: They ought to scare you at the right places and also, the culmination ought to be the best part of the story. SHAAPIT succeeds in giving you those jhatkas at several points [there are some genuinely chilling scenes] and the culmination to the tale, although a bit lengthy, keeps you involved in the proceedings.
Final word? With SHAAPIT, Vikram Bhatt raises the bar for horror films made in India. Full marks to Bhatt for making that one kick-ass horror thriller, which easily ranks amongst the best in this genre in terms of plot, setting, technique and performances.
Go, get scared! When Aman [Aditya Narayan] proposes to Kaaya [Shweta Agrawal] and as soon as Kaaya wears the engagement ring and the couple drives off together, their car takes a spin and bounces off the road, almost killing both of them. When Kaaya's parents [Murli Sharma, Nishigandha Wad] hear about their daughter's accident, they rush to the hospital to find an engagement ring on their daughter's finger.
Distraught, the father explains to the young couple that three hundred years back, their family had incurred the curse of an angry Brahmin and that curse did not allow the daughters of their family to be married. Aman meets Pashupathi [Rahul Dev], the master of the ways of the spiritual world.
Pashupathi tells Aman that in some cultures, there was a belief that a generational curse worked much after even the person who had uttered the curse was dead because, it was believed, that an evil curse when uttered stuck to an evil spirit and the spirit then became the keeper of the curse and it was the duty of that evil spirit to make the curse come true generation after generation. Aman asks Pashupathi if there was a way to destroy the spirit and get rid of the curse.
Pashupathi tells him that there was a way, but it was filled with peril. If he sets about to hunt and destroy a spirit, then the spirit would also know that it was being hunted.
Aman tells Pashupathi that he would fight for his love..
. and so begins their journey.
Vikram Bhatt merges the past and present beautifully. The explanation offered at the very start - a spirit continues to safeguard the curse for centuries - is something that Indians, generally, would relate to.
A number of sequences bear the unmistakable stamp of this refined storyteller - Vikram Bhatt. Sample these.
..
* While returning from a late-night party, Shweta watches an old woman sleeping in the middle of the road; * Aditya's efforts to get a particular book from the library; * Aditya and Shweta's encounter in a dilapidated cinema hall; * Shweta waking up in the middle of the night and not finding Aditya, Rahul Dev and Shubh Joshi in their respective beds; * The interaction with the maharaja's soul; * Shubh Joshi going back in time; * The entire climax sequence. On the flip side, the portions depicting Shweta slipping into coma and her subsequent revival towards the end looks formulaic.
Ironically, Shweta continues to wear the engagement ring in a chain [in the neck], even while in coma, which would've made it easier for the spirit to eliminate her, but it doesn't. Also, Bhatt and the writers should've established in a sequence or two about the step-wife of the king vowing to take the angry Brahmin's curse forward, since both were different stories.
Yet, despite the minor hiccups, Bhatt keeps you hooked to the proceedings. Those looking for chills, well, SHAAPIT has it in plenty.
Also, his storytelling is super-stylish. Chirantan Bhatt's music is tuneful, although one misses the haunting tunes of RAAZ and 1920.
The background score [Raju Rao] heightens the impact of the chills. Pravin Bhatt's camerawork is eye-filling.
Dialogues [Girish Dhamija] are appropriate. The production design [Rajat Poddar] is excellent, especially the set of the palace.
Special effects are amongst the best we've seen in Hindi movies. Costumes [Rahil Raja] are in sync with the demand of the characters.
Aditya Narayan is a show-stopper. It's hard to believe that someone can be so natural in front of the camera in his very first outing.
Given the right roles, there's no stopping this bundle of talent. Shweta doesn't really get the scope.
Besides, she is sidelined in the second hour. Rahul Dev is wonderful, underplaying his part with restraint.
Newcomer Shubh Joshi oozes tremendous confidence. A fine actor! Murli Sharma and Nishigandha Wad are decent.
Natasha Sinha excels. On the whole, SHAAPIT is truly a scary movie, which comes across as a worthy follow up to RAAZ and 1920.
If you are a fan of ghost stories, SHAAPIT should be on your list of 'things to do and watch' this weekend. Go for it and be prepared to be spooked!
(less)Ranbir escapes to avoid meeting ex Deepika | Bollywood News and Gossip
But the moment he came to know about Deepika and he sharing the same hotel, wasted no time to check out of the hotel. Story goes that the day Ranbir checked in, Dips was out on location all-day and returned to the hotel only late at night.
It was only after being in Delhi for a day that the Kapoor lad learned that his ex-gal and he were sharing the same hotel. No one is sure if that is the reason he checked out the following day and shifted into his sister Riddhima`s newly done up apartment.
A source close to the actor confirms, “He wanted to spend time with his sister and thought it was better to stay at her place. Since he`s been out of the country for over two months, it was a good time to catch up with Riddhima.
He didn`t check out of the hotel because Deepika was staying there.” Though one can't help but wonder, if RK really wanted to spend family time with sis or was it just an excuse to control the ire of his new lady Katrina! (less)Play a prank on me, Akki: Trisha
Akki who is a straight arrow, especially after marriage and fatherhood, spends time on his sets playing harmless pranks with his co-stars. One heard he was pulling Rajpal Yadavs leg on the sets of Khatta Meetha.
Now Trisha has a complaint against Akki. Her grouse is that the Khiladi didnt play a prank on her.
She says, A lot of people have asked me if Akshay has played a prank on me during the shoot. Its quite shocking as a huge number of people have asked me the same question.
But no he has never played a prank on me and its quite surprising. Talk about feeling left out
(less)I had a tryst with a ghost in my Frankfurt hotel room: Mughda Godse
It is being touted as one of the scariest horror films to be made in India. And it's hitting screens this Friday the 13th.
In the movie, Mugdha plays Pia, who gets possessed. This is the first time the model-turned actress will be seen in a deglam avatar.
Here she talks about the film, her role and her real life tryst with a bhoot. Read on.
..
Any bizarre experiences while shooting? Whenever I had my ghost make-up on, I couldn't roam outside my vanity van because people would get scared. After a point, I started to wear a burkha whenever I went outside.
What was your reaction when you saw yourself in that makeup? (laughs) I thought, "Wow, I still look pretty!" Do you believe in ghosts? Yes, I do believe in ghosts and spirits. Ever had a ghostly experience? Once in Frankfurt, I was sharing a hotel room.
My roommate was on one bed and I was on the other. It was 2 am and the lights were off.
I was trying to sleep while she was talking on her cell. I got totally irritated after a point and told here, "Hello! Don't you know you are on international roaming, how much are you talking?" She turned around and we realised that neither of us was on the phone and we were both hearing voices.
We called up the hotel desk to give us another room. There was something eerie in that room.

(less)Fooling around
Maybe because one look at him, and you forget all your grouses against him. And he knows it.
"People start laughing when they look at my face. What can I do if God's given me a face like that!" he jokes.
The actor who is gearing up for the release of his new film, talks to CS about his funnyman image and how he just can't break free from it: People don't take me seriously because of the roles that I play. But in real life I'm quite different.
If I make a commitment, I stick by it, no matter what. I would love to experiment with different kinds of roles??-- Gabbar Singh is my dream character.
I want to try my hand at negative, scary roles (laughs, so we don't know whether to believe him!) But, when people see me, they just burst out laughing. Maybe my prankster trait reflects on my face.
I've played so many pranks that I can't even recall them. I recently pulled a fast one on Sajid (Khan).
I couriered my moustache hair to him anonymously, because I had to sport a mousch for his film, and it gave me a lot of grief. Then I called up Sajid and told him that a pervert had sent me some hair in an envelope and he was like "Me too!" I couldn't stop laughing.
Then I pulled a prank on Sajid and Akshay (Kumar) recently while we were shooting in Italy. We went to a plush restaurant for an elaborate dinner, which I said was on me.
But just when it was time for the bill, I went to the loo and never came back. They kept waiting for me, and finally Akshay had to foot the bill.
I might have earned the reputation of being a miser in Bollywood, but that isn't really true. I spend a lot of money, it's just that I spend it on myself and my family.
And trust me, that's really good for the Indian economy. But jokes apart, I am surely not stingy.
I make a lot of secret donations to charity. Just joking! This April Fool's Day might not be that eventful for actor Chunky Panday, but this prankster specialises in making his co-stars the butt of his pranks.
In spite of that he has no enemies in Bollywood. Maybe because one look at him, and you forget all your grouses against him.

(less)15 years on, Bobby still don't know how to find a hit
"It's not only horror films that didn't work this year. There are many others that didn't either.
There is no guarantee what will work and what won't, " Bobby, the younger son of Bollywood veteran Dharmendra, told. "Every Friday when your film is about to release, you are scared, you don't want to be around because you don't know what's going to happen, " he said.
Bobby's ghost film is titled "Help" and it has been directed by debutant Rajeev Viran who narrates the story of a malevolent spirit that refuses to leave the human world. While the actor will be seen as a successful horror film director in the movie, Mugdha Godse will feature as his wife.
The film is slated to hit the screens Aug 13. This year saw a number of horror films hitting the big screen like "Click", starring Shreyas Talpade and Sneha Ullal; Ram Gopal Varma's "Phoonk 2"; Aditya Narayan-starrer "Shaapit"; Purab Kohli and Arjan Bajwa's "Hide & Seek"; and "Rokkk" that had Udita Goswami and Tanushree Dutta.
But they all scared the audiences away. In real life, Bobby doesn't believe in evil spirits.
"As an adult I don't believe in spirits and ghosts, but as a child such stories used to interest me and even scare me sometimes, " said the 43-year-old. "When I was a little kid, my cousin used to tell me ghost stories.
Even when my maids used to talk about such stuff, I used to get interested and would force them to make me a part of their conversation. Sometimes though they scared me.
" Usually seen in romantic and action movies, Bobby agreed to do "Help" because he felt it was time to experiment with a different genre. "When I heard the subject, it sounded interesting; so I decided to give it a shot.
End of the day, as an actor you want to experience different things. I have done this for the first time; now let's see how it fares, " he said.
So wasn't he sceptical about working with an actress who is relatively new in the industry? "No, not at all. I'm not one of those people.
In fact, most of my films are with heroines who are relatively new in the industry. What is important is that the person suits the character and Mugdha was perfect for this role, " he informed.
Horror is not the only thing on Bobby's plate at the moment. The actor, who made his debut with 1995 film "Barsaat", is working on two more films - "Yamla Pagla Deewana" and "Thank You".
While "Yamla Pagla Deewana" will see him reuniting on screen with his father Dharmendra and elder brother Sunny, in "Thank You" he will be seen with Sonam Kapoor and Akshay Kumar
(less)I see dead people IN REAL
. a girl's bhoot in a well! Think bizarre and Deepak Dobriyal comes to mind.
After getting our goat with his animal attachment, the quirky actor went ghost hunting while shooting for Anand Rai's Tanu Weds Manu, a few days ago. Says a unit source, "We're shooting in Kapurthala near Jalandhar.
Late one night, Deepak told everyone about a haunted well, where you can see the face of a woman in the water. Deepak sounded so convincing that the unit decided to check with the villagers.
" The villagers told them that a young girl had jumped into the well and committed suicide because the local panchayat had not agreed to her getting married to a boy from the village. They said that sometimes people could see her face in the water.
That people often went to the well to ask for blessings from the spirit for getting luck in love. So a group from the unit set off to see the well late that night.
Director Anand Rai says, "Deepak told us this whole story. The villagers also said its true, but none of us saw her face when we went to the well, except Deepak.
It was an enjoyable walk, though a bit spooky!" Deepak says, "I don't actually believe in ghosts but sometimes I do feel scared. However, he insists that he wasn't as scared as the rest.
"Everybody was more scared than I was. If they weren't, I would have been disappointed but everyone did get scared because the place was so eerie.
" In Tanu Weds Manu, Deepak plays a distant relative of Manu (Madhavan) and his family. The film also stars Kangna Ranaut (Tanu) and Jimmy Sheirgill.

Says a source close to the actor, "Ajay has shot at Ramoji Studios many times before. Each time, he stays at the Enter The Dragon suite at the fourth floor of the Sitara Hotel.
This time, he told Ashtavinayak, the producers of Golmaal 3, that he wanted the entire fourth floor of the Sitara Hotel booked for the actors, director Rohit Shetty and producer Dhaval (from Ashtavinayak). So all the rooms on the floor (401-426) have been booked for 21 actors.
Ajay wanted them to party together at the same place after pack-up." That's not all.
Sometimes they are joined by Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Khemu. Mithun has been cooking healthy food for all of them at the hotel kitchen.
On Saturday night, he cooked mutton for them." Earlier, the actors would order individual dinners in their rooms.
Now, with them partying together, they've grown closer. "Sometimes they are joined by Johny Lever who entertains them with his funny jokes and mimicry acts.
It's like there's one big party on the fourth floor of Sitara every night. But now that Kajol and Nysa have come down to spend a few days with Ajay, party activities have been curbed a bit because when his family is there, he has no time for anyone else.
